i was just reviewing some old post and saw someone talking about having to take 2 bottles of x-factor to get any results....can anyone tell me if just one bottle will work well and give me good results?

^^^ Holy crap! X-factor put a beard on you! :D:D Seriously though, you've leaned out. What's your diet/exercise like?

I strongly urge everyone to do the full 50 day cycle. Very few people will get good results off of just a single bottle (25 day cycle). The reason is because X-Factor needs to "build up" in the muscles and that can take up to 2 weeks.

But this gets me wondering. Would people prefer a larger bottle that provides the full 50 day cycle amount (200 capsules)? Obviously it would have a hefty price tag and some people get turned off by seeing a single bottle that costs upwards of $80. But a single bottle may be a little more straightforward.

What do you guys think of that?

I would be more willing to buy one single larger bottle.

It is mental I know, but for some reason seeing it all in one bottle, and knowing it goes for 50 days makes a difference.

lol Im unsure why, but I think it's a good idea.

i took x-factor and the only thing it did was make me feel like i needed to streach all the time and it make me sick a lot...and that was after 4 days of it, i just quit after that.

Could you post your stats, diet, and workout routine? 99% of the time there is a reason to why people don't repsond well and it can be remedied.

One thing I know about AA, you shouldn't take other EFA's with it since they hinder the inflammatory response.. I liked it before, might have to get more to gie it a try again..

^^^ that's only partially true. Generally speaking, most people do need to reduce their intake of fish oil (and totally nix flax), but it would appear from the X-Factor+fish oil logs we did that people still got great results when fish oil supplementation was kept within a certain range. I'll be able to report more on that subject in a bit after PB is done analyzing the info. Then our new all-encompassing FAQ will be released. :D

i am just going between 500-1000 cals under maintenance ED. it has varied a bit due to some other circumstances, but i digress. i think it would be good to offer the "big" bottle, but also keep the little bottles too. i am thinking of running the x-factor as a pct supp to help keep gains going and will prolly do a log of it after my next PH cycle. do you think that would make a good log/experiment?

Yeah, that would be a worthwhile log. I always like to see how people compare XF to prohormones cause personally, I got better results from XF than from a transdermal 1T/4AD cycle.

well i can say that for sure it is doing a great job supplementing my recomp goals. ran outta taurine a couple of days ago, and combined with a lack of water my back pumps have been gnarly.

Many people get SERIOUS pumps on X-Factor. One guy from anotehr board I know who loves the stuff actually warns people that the pumps can be too intense. Needless to say, he doesn't bother with so-called NO products anymore.

To this day I stand by X-factor as the most effective supplement overall. Used properly, it can do so many things so well... it's just crazy.

BTW, you could try upping your potassium and water intake if pumps get painful. Organic blackstrap mollasses is an incredible source of potassium. Eating potassium rich foods is a good thing to do while on XF.
