i just got my melting point and basic cuts in and I was curious how to take it. Melting point says to take six capsules a day and basic cuts two twice a day. With the melting point is it better to take 3 twice a day or 2 pills 3 times a day? My other question is do it take the basic cus at the same time as the melting point or do i need to give like a 30 min gap between them? Thanks

It does not matter whether you take them together or not. I would suggest starting off slowly to assess tolerence.

Take four caps of MP for 4-5 days (2 caps twice a day), then add a cap for 4-5 days, then add a 6th.

Take these anytime except preworkout -- don't take it preworkout.

BC, take preworkout and 1-2 times a day in addition (no more then six caps per day).

Melting Point actually got me pretty amped surprisingly (I had to titrate down the dose as I tried to start at even two). Didn't expect this from this supplement.

Before long I was able to titrate up again, however - just offering the experience with this one.

Hmmm, that is interesting and not at all common.

I've actually seen better result taking a dose of MP before working out.. No cramps, sweat seemed more pronounced..

Thanks for the info. Sorry I've takin so long to reply I've been working 16 hour shifts due to the holidays. One more question is does to much cardio really cause a catabolic affect on the body? I run 2-3 miles at the gym and at work I pretty much jog between 15-20 miles a day. I guess I'm going for lean mass and was wondering if this is going to hinder me any.

Yes, because you'll need the extra calories to help with muscle growth, burning it won't help.. I'd cut back your cardio, intensity and frequency.. Play with it abit, for me twice a week @ 30mins is enough while gaining..

The "blouting" is a commom side but of course does subside once the prodcut is discontinued. The herbal is an interesting though-I might try that next time:)

Alright thanks, I'll give that a try. I've gotten better than usual results in strength (from stugglingon bench with 135lbs 6-8 weeks ago to maxing out with 245lbs today) and definition but the size and weight gains havent been what they were in the past. Hopefully I'll get this promotion pretty soon and wont have to be so active at work and maybe then I'll get the results Im used to.
