View Full Version : Creatine Dosing Concerns

Ok, so I've decided to change my ways and look into some combination supplements. I'm very interested in some of NxCare's items, especially Vaso XP, CV2, and Anavol. These three all have various creatine ingredients, tri-creatine malate, Creatine Alpha-Ketoglutarate, Tri-Creatine Arginine. I'm not at all familiar with these different forms of creatine, and wanted to give them a try (if anyone can provide info, it'd be greatly appreciated). My question is should I be cautious/concerned about taking the recommended doses of all these three products simultaneously? If it helps, I'm 5'7'' at 150, and have had plenty kre-alkalyn, cee, a-akg, creatine monohydrate experience, just want to try something new.

Are you planning on taking all of these together?

If you have not yet purchased those products, I would steer clear of them IMO. The anavol is terribly underdosed and I am not impressed with NxCare products at all. If you take all three, you wont hurt yourself, it will just be overkill. Some better creatine products out there:
-SNS CVM Xtreme
-MAN Clout
-Green Magnitude

I actually like Vaso and Anavol, right now I take 5 caps Anavol in the morning and pre-workout.. You gotta take alot of their products, but there are better ones out there.. ;)

i got really strong off of anavol, and once i got off of it i could tell becuase my bench went down 3 reps a set when i swiched to the cheap stuff. i'd suggest anavol if you can get it fairly cheep (as in on here). but i haven't tried any of the other stuff, but there is time.

Have you tried comparable brands?
The formula posted on the DA home suggests:
Anavol Proprietary Blend 2600mg
- Creatine Alpha-Ketoglutarate
- GlutamineAlpha-Ketoglutarate
- Citrulline-Malate
it doesn't seem to highly dosed...am I missing something?

You're right, for the price it is dosed on the low side.. I tend to go higher than normal with NO Boosters since they don't tend to work well with me, so 5 caps 2x daily is good for me.. ;)

Liked vaso XP as well. But there is a lot of buzz on here about controlled lab stuff. Taking white blood and green bulge. I just started so no real results to report. My only problem with white blood is that you only take it once a day. I mean i guess you could take it twice a day, but then it would be horrible overpriced.

Thanks for the info guys, I guess I've got a few more things to look into. Can anyone give me some insight into the difference between any of those three? Again Tri-creatine malate, Creatine Alpha-Ketoglutarate, Tri-Creatine Arginine

Those are just creatine with different salt bonds to them for absorbsion purposes, like Ethyl-Ester but not as potent.. ;)

I have noticed visuable gains using Anavol, with the gains noticibly sticking out considerably over most of the prod's I've tried to take advantage of/
