Hey guys, just wanted to clear up a few things before I try out X-factor for myself.
1) Should I really avoid fish oil while taking this supp?
2) What degree should i worry about eating peanut butter, fish etc( i usually eat peanuts on a daily basis)
3) Overall, how good do you think this product is in terms of building overall muscle/mass?
Thanks

Theres been a few reviews/logs on here. From my knowledge, its pretty effective when it comes to strength but thats only after buying 2 bottles worth which in the long run will cost you a pretty penny. Dont get me wrong, its gotten some pretty damn good reviews but i would rather spend my $90-$100 elsewhere.

To shutta:
Did you take fish oil every day or just now and then? I would like to take a bare minimum of 1 cap per day
Were your gains lean? What was your calories like?

I took 3g of fish oil a day. Helps a liittle with the joints.. Yes my gains were lean. I jsut ate 5100-5200cals everyday and that was lean meats chicken turkey. (steak top round every once and a while) Shrimp talapia some tuna .. Kept all the carbs good ..
Just to let ou know when i gained the 12lbs i was also on CVM.. my BF% was about 11.7 when i started at 203lbs.. then at the end of the cycle i was 215lbs and 11.4% so yea.. they were lean gains and kept it al pretty much.. (until i had to stop lifting for a little while) the strength was incredable along with the skin popping pumps.. just pure amazing..

Sounds great, I ordered my bottle last night and will be taking it with Size-On
Did you lift for strength, ie 3-5 reps, or mass and keep it in the 7-12 range?

Yes, you should strictly limit intake of fish oil. Totally removing it is usually not necessary, but cut back to maybe 1000mg of unconcentrated fish oil every other day or so.
Peanuts (and the butter) aren't a problem. Of course steak, eggs and whole milk are perfectly fine as well.
I personally think the product is great (call me biased ;)). But I just saw a before and after log on another forum of this dude who gained 14 pounds and he is LEAN. I'll go get the pic and post it up for ya.

Here's that pic of a guy called AaronM. Remember, he claims a 14 pound increase from a fifty day round with X-factor. And judging by the pics, I'd say he's not bullshitting us at all.

But how common is it for someone to be eating 5100 calories, gain 12 lbs, while dropping a bit of bodyfat? That's an incredible amount of calories. That's one of the reasons I consider X-Factor to be a potent nutrient partitioner.

Aeternitatis,
I have ordered 2 bottles of x-factor, and will be doing a log as soon as the bottles arrive. During my log I'm determined to give 100% in training intensity as well as diet, would be nice to have you following along.
