Any suggestions on reaching failure on biceps?
I've tried lighter weights with more reps
tried heavier weight with less reps
I even hold the last rep for 30-60 sec and get a good burn then a 1 to 1 and a half min rest then i can do another set.
I can get failure on my chest and shoulders but not my arms. Am I missing something here?

you can't get to failure on your arms??? I suggest doing more weight then lol.
I'm starting to do all my exercises with a 3 second negative and 2 second positive. That will help you burn up!
If you cant go to failure, then just start curling the 80's, I think that will make you grow regaurdless ;)

wed-i did that on monday for arms, you never realize how long 2-3 seconds is until there are weights yanking on your arms. my arms still so freaking sore, im not going to do chest today to give my arms more time to rest, i cant believe it.

yeah its nuts. I'm transitioning all my workouts to tht method. Its going to mean I do less weight, but I think it will be worth it
