PCT dosages, need expert help

Tryin to clear away a last few things before i start my cycle. What I need to know are doses for the following:

Halodrol-50/Winztrol First Ph cycle ever
185 lbs, 23 yrs old


Hawthorn Berry 565 mg per capsule(suggested 1-5 capsules per day)
Saw Palmetto 160 mg per capsule(suggested 2 per day)
SAMe 200 mg(suggested 400 mg per day)
Novedex XT 60 mg( suggested 2-4 pills at night)

Also, should I take the Saw Palmetto only during pct, or during on-cycle as well?

SAW PALMETTO:
For your saw palmetto, is there a suggestion for how much free fatty acids and sterols are present in the product? It is NOT necessary to use this product during cycle - in fact, it could prove to be deleterious. How long will your cycle be?

--> If prostate is a true concern pygeum ay be a good alternative on cycle [dose: 100-200mg divided doses...should be standardized to include 14% triterpenes minimally, there are others, but this is MANDATORY for efficacy].


SAMe:
What is the total mg of product vs. stabilizing molecule (for more, I direct you to PCT:ACV Part II under "Hepatoprotectants" section).

I will be doing my first ph cycle of halodrol-50 sometime in the next 3-4 months and have been researching every chance I get. As of now, my cycle will look something like this:

Pre-cycle loading:
Milk Thistle 1000 mg/ed
Hawthorn Berry 1500 mg/ed
Fish Oil 3 g/ed
Co-Q10 100 mg/ed
Celery Seed 3 caps/ed

ON-CYCLE:
Halodrol 50 mg/ed
+ all pre loading supps @ same doses
(possibly sub milk thistle for SAMe)
Green Mag
REBOUND XT(possible)


POST-CYCLE:
Toremifene (still debating)
60-120 mg/d ( week 1)
30-60 mg/d ( week 2)
30 mg/d ( week 3)
30 mg/d (week 4)

Rebound XT:
25 mg (1)
25 mg (2)
25-50 mg (3)
25-50 mg (4)

All pre cycle supports @ same doses
Size-On
Fenugreek( possible)

Hey revamped,

what cycle length are you running with the HDrol?

Toremifene would be an interesting addition if we are talking like < 4 weeks or so in length. Likely unnecessary at that short a time frame.

The reason I was considering the tor is simply because this will be my first cycle and I have no way to know how my body will react to it, and imo almost every cycle should include a serm.

I wish I had posted PCT:ACV V, but time is of the essence (it takes a couple hours to do those kind of posts not to mention editing out so its not a 70 page article - in doc format vs. what you guys see - appx. 30 page documents, 40-page crops for high points). Anyway Part V expands upon Part IV's discussion of SERMs and it is not that I haphazardly recommending people using Russian roulette of some sort and go it alone (i.e. - without a SERM)...it is with reason. IN the grand scheme, I don't see this "hurting" your efforts per se, just unnecessary - HOWEVER, its a MUCH BETTER selection than TAMOX.

I would answer "no" for a predominate number of cycles run. And anything lasting 4 weeks or less or a C17 alkylated oral due to hepatic metabolism would almost immediately leave me suggesting to leave it for PCT. Like I said a nice 1-2 combo for prostate health might include pumkin seed oil + pygeum (for reasons stated re: Saw Palmetto in both this thread and PCT:ACV series under "prostate health" subheadings of Parts II and III).
