Hi everybody,
Obviously, the time spent doing cardio is greatly reduced when doing HIIT. So, my question is, if I've been doing 30-45 minute sessions of cardio at medium intensity 5 days a week, how long should the sessions be for HIIT & how much days a week of HIIT would equal the 5 days of just the medium intensity cardio?Also is really any ideal time of the day for doing HIIT?im cutting right now and would like to know if HIIT while fasting is a good idea for more fat loss or em i just asking for muscle loss?and if not what should i eat befor,right after & post after a session?thanks.
