Going to be starting my Green Mag tomorrow and am curious if I should use anything else in conjunction with it... Only other supps etc. I am taking are my fish oils, sesamin, multi-V, msm/glucosamine/chondroitin and my protein shakes..
I'm 6'2'' 195lbs, not sure if any other info is needed to give me any good suggestions.

Get yourself a pre-workout supplement if you have the money for it. Ive had some pretty good strength gains with Trac-Extreme NO and NO-Shotgun.

I took white blood with it and liked the results. I also took focus xt as a preworkout drink.

I'll be usin the green mag durin my PCT, but I would pry stack it with a good pre-workout supp like superpump and possibly somethin like 17HD or IDS 17-hydroxy-mesterone <--- both are not prohormones

Another question on Green Mag... on the bottle it says to take one scoop pre or post workout... Every other creatine I've used had me taking it twice daily...

Should I follow what the bottle says or do the single scoop twice daily?

If your taking a pre-workout NO supplement there would be no need to add a scooop of Green Mag. If Green Mag is all you are using, I personally would do 1 scoop pre and post working to reap the best benefits. If I were you i would consider getting a bottle of Green Bulge or White Blood to use preworkout and only take the Green Mag post.

Right now I am taking White Blood pre and Green Mag post... So I am fine the way I'm dosing for the day? I'm just thrown off from having to take two doses a day prior to starting Green Mag

not sure what your question means from the above thread

but i don't think its completely necessary to take 2 servings of green mag. maybe at first it would be to fully saturate your muscles quicker, however once they are fully saturated the excess is excreted

If your taking white blood pre-workout i would go ahead and do 1/2 scoop of Green Mag pre-workout with the WB and 1 full scoop post-workout. Others may have different opinions but I just feel better knowing ive got creatine flowin through my body during my workout as well as after.

Well I'm two days in with the both of them (WB pre and GM post) and I'm feeling good so far and my workouts are going really well. We'll see how it it goes in the long run

take 1 serving of green mag preworkout and 1 serving of white blood preworkout (both about 30-45 minutes before) that is all you need.
