i've been hearing some good things about CLAs, just thought i'd see what everyone thought about them....

I am currently taking MAX CLA from primaforce, studies show that it takes a while to notice the effects.

Its "suppose" to decrease bodyfat and increase lean muscle mass, but who knows how long it could take to actually show results.

That could be said about for 99% of the fat loss products available.
