Is there a difference in these two products or are they the same? Which one would be better?

They are different. I would go with the powder, more bang for the buck.

Powder is better, pills you get less ingredients and it cost the same for less.

ditto.. go with the powder.. more active ingrediants in powders...

well i accedently order the SizeOn pills. So i went back and called the company to have them change the pills to the powder becuase of them being the same cost the said that they already shipped out the order. so no im stuck with the pill version. Is this bad or will i see the same results with the pill version and u do with the powder version?

SizeON either way is good. I just find powder to be superior to caps/pills....
