I would like some input on a 15 week program I am debating on starting. I will tell you a little about myself. I am 25, i weigh 195 with about 18% body fat. I would like to lose body fat, while gaining about 15 pounds of clean muscle. I have taken X-Factor with success, while on a sloppy diet. My diet will be clean throught the process. I will be doing 3 days a week of cardio during this time period.

Week 1:
Protein(2x daily)

Hows your diet look? Water intake? I would def reccomand some BCAA's.. and a good anti-oxidant blend.

I consider protein powder a food since you'll need to increase intake anyway, and whole food all day isn't easy for many.. Other than maybe 4 shakes a day counting towards calories, the only supps you should look at as far as your program goes is the X-Factor, HD50, and creatine..
