Your liver has to process these PHs, and if you are taking methylated PH than your liver is really having a hard time. Your blood pressure is probably already higher from the PH. Now you wnat your liver to work harder with alcohol? Also beer is made from plant phytoestrogens so you will raise your estrogen levels. Booze can drop testosterone by 40%, so why bother going ON cycle at all? If you want to be hung over and bloated from spiked estrogen levels and have damaged your liver to boot, I know a great way to save you money on PH: For $5 I will rabbit punch you real hard in the kidney and liver.
