I have try outs on march 24 for my hockey team and my chest just doesnt seem to get bigger. Also this coming monday(march7)i will be starting to take nitrix and cellmass. Will this help my chest problem out if i keep doing what i'm doing and also if anyone can suggest a great system to blow the chest up it would be appreciated

what do you do for chest?
4 sets of flat bench 4-6 reps
3 sets incline DB bench 4-6 reps
3 sets of decline bench 4-6 reps
3 sets of Cable Flies 10-12 reps
I do that once a week and my chest has seen major improvements

Every hockey player I ever saw had big HUGE quads, not chest muscles. I mean you need explosive power to sprint past the other players.
You might check out the "CHAINS" thread here in the training section. Kobe Bryant trains with chains on his squats to devolop explosiveness. There are some Louie Simmons chains training articles posted there and the GOOD NEWS is that the effect of training with chains is IMMEDIATE. It works because it is not just training the muscle, but also EXPLOSIVE NEUROLOGIC TRAINING.
Go buy some chains.
Good luck and go get em!

I am ok with Wedg's suggestions but would personally substitute WEIGHTED DIPS for Decline Benches of any sort (not necessary to do 10 sets of presses). In addition, would change cable flies to incline DB flyes - however, this EXERCISE is NOT needed for MASS which is what I gather you want right now.
On your inclines, keep a STRICT yet modest 20-30 degree incline (NO MORE) to restrict delt incorporation.
