Im 6-2- 255pds- looking to get onstage at 220pds-
my max bench is 405pds and my max squat is 425pds- used to be able to do more but jacked up my knee in a motorcycle crash- all my stats are also on my site

Actually winning an NPC show does not give you a pro card. Winning your class at the Nationals, Overall at the USA, North America and Team Universe all recieve pro cards. PDI? Do they even have an amateur division yet.

Yes I am from NY- and the show is in NC- If you re-read my post I say I have to win a national level show then win a pro quilifier such as the usa's. I am leaning towards the PDI instead of IFBB.yes the elit will be a good one- top local guys like vince goodrum will be there
