Im not sure i do think that Chris Commer has a great change this year have not heared about Jay i was kinda hoping he was going to be there

Jay is not doing the Arnold. Trust me when I say Chris should win this hands down.. I saw pics of him 1 week out and lets just say he looks the sickest he has ever looked... It is insane

i looked at pictures from last year....how did jay win? i dont know a bunch about how judging works, but it seemed like the majority of the field was better than him.

i have a question about abs. is it better to have a massive 6 pack, or smaller 8 pack?

markus ruhl looks the most massive and cut. i would give him 1 place, then chris, then either dexter or gunter

Ill be there and i sure hope chris winds it he looked huge the last time i saw him. Markus is just amazing he is a monster
