There's this stand up comedian who has down syndrome (or something to that extent.. sorry, no offence here) and is a blast as well. Anybody seen him before or know his name?

I saw him once on Ellen Degeneres and he was really infectious.

George Lopez, Pablo Francisco, Jim Gaffigan, Louis CK, Pryor, Dave Chappelle, George Carlin is awesome, Josh Blue is probably the one spoken of earlier with down syndrome, he is hilarious and he won last comic standing last year. I know Mariah Carey isn't a comedian but I find her hilarious.
