Rolling through the grocery store yesterday, pick'n up my eggs, I discovered the primer issue of Sly. Sylvester Stallone's fitness/lifestyle magazine. It reminded me of a "Muscle and Fitness" meets "Maxim." A pretty intresting read. I, of course, didn't mind the Instone ads on every 5th page. But you might have a different opinion about that.

ill have to look for that was it kinda like the old muscle media by eas when bill phillips ran it and every page was an ad for them

So it is like Muscle and Fitness meets Maxim and then cross breeds with Muscle Mag with all the muscle tech ads. LOL.. I am going to pick a copy up to check it out.

did it say what a subscription to it cost for a year

max von, there isn't any information in the magazine about a subsciption rate. On the stallone zone website, there is some talk that the company wants to see how well the magazine does before asking users to do a 1 or 2 year deal.
Overall, I really liked the magazine. The first issue really didn't have "workout" plans...probably because Stallone's book is coming out in late April.

Went into BN yesterday and saw the second copy. Picked one up and it seems to be a much better issue. Now go grab a copy.
