This is my planned cycle:

wk1 20mg methylplex
wk2 20mg methylplex
wk3 10mg methylplex 10mg methyldrol
wk4 20mg methyldrol
wk5 20mg methyldrol
wk6-9 PCT

**anaboic extreme perfect cycle fo the entire 9 weeks
**alri restore for the the PCT

after reading the articles from Dinoii i have opted to eliminate these from my cycle and pct:

saw palmetto
red rice yeast
hawthorn berry

any input on this will be appreciated

Start the plex at 10mg. Other than that it looks good. I'd still consider the hawthorne though.

after some reading i though the hawthorn did look worthwhile for bp. The saw palmetto and red yeast rice didnt seem needed. I did read that hawthorn berry needs a couple weeks to kick in so it should be preloaded before cycle -is this correct? im also goin to thrown in taurine for back pumps.

The saw palemetto seems worthless on my current cycle.. i really dont notice if i ever take it.. I think im taking it but it doesnt seem to do ANYTHING so id say its ok to skip it..

Hard to suggest Hawthorn without pre-load. If you are to actually to mimick efficacy trials, you would need to pre-load.

Everyone gets excited about Hawthorn...its greatest benefit comes in people with congestive heart failure - New York Heart Association (NYHA) class II to be most specific, NOT blood pressure. For blood pressure effects...people dose wrong, the standardizations of which are tricky to extract.

Direct Quote from PCT:ACV III
"...In a study of 78 patients with the same level of heart failure, those given 600 mg of standardized hawthorn extract were able to exercise much longer than those who received the placebo [now, before every supplement manufacturer gets excited and says boy, we got to market that – the same results have NOT been duplicated in non-heart failure patients]."
