I'm looking for some advice on a soild weight loss stack. 6"3, 247, 38 years old former college athlete that needs to get back in shape 28% BFI!!!!! I need to drop about 30 -35 lbs. I'm limted on the amount of cardio I can do I 've had a couple knee operations and can't run outdoors.

Just purchased:
MHP Anadrox
NO -Xplode
Multi vitamin
Antioxident
Fish Oil

I also have cellmass, but worried I might hold water weight if I use it? What has worked for you?

What's your cholesterol and BP like? Cardio should be low-impact and it should amount to 90-120 minutes a week coupled with a weight training program suited to your strength and endurance. What's your diet like? You may wanna rethink the Anadrox, b/c it has stims. in it. Hmm.................

You may want to look into Reduce xt as well. From what I hear its helps out alot. I myself plan on ordering it for my cut.

Defiently add Reduce, it is awesome coupled with the Anadrox. Try out the eliptical Machine...I run 30mins AM and eliptical 30min afternoon and the Eliptical has no impact at all.
