ive been taking superpump Green Mag and Purple wrath and doing DC training for a week along with protien and regual multis ive been haveing good workouts and feel good recovery i have been shiting my brings out tho anyone ever had this problem let me know sounds gross but im sure someone has been there.

from what I have read super pump may be the biggest contributer with what you have provided. I have never had any gastro probs with green mag or bulk BCAA (similar to PW).

Multis may contriute - try taking with food, watch calcium intake of multi - too much calcium at once (like 500+g) is enough to = big poop for some people. Protein shakes should be cool IMO, but then again, everyone is dif.

My advice. Drop the super pump for a few days.

I would decrease the dose of superpump, if u started with more than 1scoop, that is your problem

I had the same problem with S.P but after droping dose felt fine! I currently taking No-shotgun great pumps,with no problem 1 dose is all that's needed.

Good call, fixed the problem then, if u need a little extra boost, i'd take .5-1 scoop 1/2 hour prior to my pre-workout drink, so 1hr preworkout, .5scoop, then 30min preworkout 1scoop.
