Hey there...welcome to the forum.

What is it you mean exactly by "weight?"

If its fat, I agree with you....
If its muscle, I have a hard time believing you will EVER say you are afraid of gaining too much...Unfortunately, muscle is pretty dense and with it comes "weight" - but I think I get what you mean...

if its bodybuilding mass that frightens you based on magazine depictions, your quest for anti-that particular look will likely be rather easy to achieve.

So, are you currently using anything now and/or have you in the past and what was your success/failures, etc...?

What is an example of your practice schedule, etc...? Alternatively, off-season workout-regime and diet looks like?

As we are in the off season, let's define some goals "performance wise" (i.e. - I want to be able to steal "x" bases versus my current average, or I want to hit "x" home runs versus my current average) and current performance and/or why you want to achieve such goals may be of some value. I think would help us cue in on what it is exactly would benefit you best. Be as specific as possible for better results with a forum slew of responses.

Good luck and I'll check back and see how you respond.

Go with a CEE and an AEE product. This will increase your strength and muscle pump, muscle contraction force. This will allow you to generate power more efficiently for explosive movements like stealing a base or hitting the ball. Also throw something in for recovery.

And of course dont neglect the fundamentals like vitamins and minerals and good whole foods.

Both, take the AEE pre-workout and the CEE post workout. CVM Extreme is an outstanding CEE.

I use ReCharge by Labrada. It has CEE, AEE, and a recovery complex in there too. You dose it three times daily, so you always have a steady concentration of the metabolites in your system. It works well. It also improves my focus, wihch I like a lot.
