I’m 33 y.o., about 220lbs, no new comer to working out, finished my last pct about 6-8 weeks ago.
My goal with this stack is to lose fat while gaining strength and some size. (There’s a novel idea…)
In addition to my multivitamin and whey protein the entire stack is:
- Alpha Male (Days 1-5)
- Tribex (Days 6 & 7) rinse and repeat
- ActivaTe
- Designer Supplements Lean-Phase Stack
- SizeOn
- BSN NO-Xplode
- Gaspari Thyrotabs
- 3rd Degree Burn (may or may not use concurrently)
Can anyone see any contraindications with stacking these products??
Thanks!

Hey man, welcome to the forum...
The Alpha Male and Tribex cycling I have suggested in the past due to Eurycoma's essential limitations so I obviously like this.
Seeing how you mentioned it, how did your last cycle go? How did you wind up doing PCT? Gains achieved overall / Gains maintained after cycle completion?
Now, the only contraindication (have taken into consideration metabolic/exogenous effects) I could forsee in your proposed stack is if you are not used to stimulants. I suggest a titration of most products if really planning to use them together. I think overall - it could be overkill though and would likely leave out minimally the Size ON and 3rd Degree Burn. Additionally, you may see an adaption to any stims and I would likely suggest staggered use if you choose to proceed.
Would also be curious to see your diet to verify what protocol would be best suited for it.

"Hey man, welcome to the forum...

Yeah, I got the idea to do so from you.
"Seeing how you mentioned it, how did your last cycle go? How did you wind up doing PCT? Gains achieved overall / Gains maintained after cycle completion?"
You know what, half way through my last cycle I (finally) found this forum and was blown away with HOW WRONG I had been using PH’s in the past. From actually not using PH’s correctly to not changing my diet while on or immediately following cycle to the sheer lack of PCT, I was royally f-ing up! Not cool, I know. So before I go any further, thank you to you Dino and to everyone else for your time and contribution to this forum.
So to answer your questions about the last cycle/PCT/gains maintenance, I can’t say I was thrilled. I gained about 10-15 lbs, I feel that a lot of it was fat. Good strength increases even during PCT. In the weeks immediately following PCT I felt pretty good. I was able to maintain my weight (for better or worse) and strength gains. This continued until a flurry of work related travel resulted in diet and training irregularities and a corresponding loss of strength and muscle mass.
"Now, the only contraindication (have taken into consideration metabolic/exogenous effects) I could forsee in your proposed stack is if you are not used to stimulants."
Oh, but I am.
"I suggest a titration of most products if really planning to use them together."
Yeah, I decided to wait on the Xplode until later, too much stimulants otherwise. As far as titrating up the others, the first week I only took 2 thyrotabs/day, no 3rd degree. Day 7 -10: 3 thyrotabs, no 3rd degree. Day 11 thru the end of week 3: 3 thyrotabs and I gave myself the 3rd degree, twice every day. I’m in week four right now and I’m sticking with 3 thyrotabs/day along with 3-4, rarely 5 3rd degree/day. I plan to continue to titrate up to 3thyros & 6 3rd degree/day as per tolerance.
So far I’m really happy with what I’m seeing/feeling from the Great Gaspari Melting Matrix along with the trib products. When the lighting is just right I think I can actually see my abs! To give you an idea of how well the stack is working for me three weeks ago I sustained a wicked sprained ankle while trail running (no wonder Dinoiii is “against” cardio… ;-) ). For a good 10 days after the injury I literally didn’t move unless I absolutely had to. Despite this while on this stack I was still visibly losing fat and lost a lot less size than I would have had I not been on the trib products.

Yeah you know what, I think you’re probably right. I’ll save the SizeOn (what I have left of it) until later. I’ll take it while I’m taking the Xplode.

Generally I eat 5 meals a day. Breakfast is 5 eggs scrambled with a little bit of cheese, two pieces of toast (50 grams CHO total) with peanut butter. The other 4 meals are typically 6 oz of chicken, 1/2 cup of wild rice and 1/2 handful of almonds or walnuts. 2-3 times a week instead of the above chicken & rice meal I’ll have salmon or filet with grilled veggies & 1/2 baked potato for dinner. Occasionally I’ll have a beer or a glass of red vino with dinner or after.
So that’s it.
I’m curious to hear your input.
Thanks a bunch!

i think that might be too much stimulant wise, might just be plain overkill....plus you seem to wanna cut and gain size at the same time which is difficult in itself
