Would it be bad for a teenager to take ALRI Restore? If so why?

Or even jungle warfare?

don't know much about the alri prod, but jungle warfare is a test booster, and its notonly a waste for a teen to take, but also worthless. The test levels in teens are already very high, and do not start to decline until you're in your early 20s

Ok thanks. Do you have any suggestions on supps for a teen, ive tried creatine products, NO products and i also gave x-factor a try but nothing seems to be working. I stopped the x-factor due to killer headaches and i took it during football season and the soreness i got from it didnt help at all. Any ideas?

eat more, eat clean, change up your routine constantly, try doublin up everything each wk for a few wks
chest/back -15sets each body part
shoulders/legs -15sets each
bi's/tri's/traps -10sets each
use a 6-8 rep range for the first time, then an 8-12 the next time, and go heavy. do a 3 on 1 off so m,t,w, th-off,f,s,su,mon-off do this for about 6wks, then change it up, eat like crazy through this, i gained quite a bit of size with this. also try superpump250 by gaspari for a pre-workout supp and take cvm post, for each supp take 1 scoop a day. you'll def grow, and u will put on some fat, and get passed the damn immaturity of gainin a lil fat, its gonna happen, jus eat clean and it won't be all fat. a lil more fat wil help u push some heavy a$$ weight.
Now stop readin and go lift, better yet get a liftin partner then start, push each other, try to out lift each other, give yourself a challenge

keep a log too, it'll help u with overloading the muscles, and i'd use a hammerstrength machine as the last exercise for a body part, u can toss on some big weights with these.
example:
inc db bench
flat bench
inc. hammer strength
----
pull-ups, finish las 2sets on pulldowns
bent-row
rverse grip pulldown on hammerstrength
