usually one meal a week, and its typically breakfast. i love breakfast, but i dont like syrup, so i guess that saves me some calories, pancakes lor waffles ightly dusted with powdered sugar, with strawberries on top, so good. i have an absolutely killer recipe for french toast if anyone is interested, and willing to sacrifice a large part of their caloric "budget"

Not much to report here
HONESTLY, seven days of the right eating (at least in my mind) and my body seems to agree.
Many make fun of all the times they see me eating while in the hospital. I make sure I have 10 minutes between every 4-5 patients for that exact purpose. Again - certainly practice what I preach. The only excuse is NO excuse.
When I do go off (like once-twice a month maybe - this is actually overexagerrating) ... it is likely Chinese food or ice cream (as I am sure you want something to relate to). My appreciation for food is far greater than many.
The reason many say - well don't you reset Leptin levels, etc... YES but I do NOT believe it is reason to start eating everything in site as an excuse for a cheat day. This is the rationalization that was developed some time ago and there is NO science to say, you cannot reset Leptin (your metabolic regulator for sure) without going off a "diet" - this is the "lifestyle" of choice.
Again, the mantra: Eat to Live, Don't Live to Eat!

Well,
you are a lucky one max
recall - I was once a 350 pound walking lard factory which is what incited my interest in the field so much...taking off the fat and changing body composition completely!
Now, I would say roughly 75% of my clients have the similar problem - too much fat. There are 15% that are post gall bladder surgery, liver transplant, etc... and a measly 10% that share your "Hard gainer" body composition. Most in your position are content with being thin and could care less about body comp. so I commend you in your position that many are envious of for still worrying about improvement.
