what would be a good 1st PH? i was lookin at phera-bol or revolt. any suggestions with PH and pct?

I would have to say methyl-plex,it's kinder and gentler than SD yet produces good gains.But before you do anything,I would research,research,and do more research,especially on PCT which most people think about to late.

Easiest on sides would be to run [3,2-c]pyrazole-5alpha-etioallocholane-17beta tetrahydropyranol 150-300mg for 3-4 weeks. Low on sides, but slow on gains. Would most likely lose fat on this cylce and get more vasculare.

Other than that, I honestly think as long as you are prepared and accept the risks you could run SD for a first cycle. It might sound irresponsible, but it is not as bad as it sounds if you keep it to 10/10/20. Besides, as your first cycle, low dose SD would be so damn powerful and amazing! The down sid IMO to using a strong PH the first time is the psychological addiction (it is real, trust me). If you start with something less impressive (like zol) you might not be so tempted to jump back on sooner than you should (or more oftern than you need).


Hmmm, well it seems I have talked myself out of endorsing SD as your first cycle - weird how I changed sides as I thought about it.....oh well - no to SD for first cycle...stay with something weak like [3,2-c]pyrazole-5alpha-etioallocholane-17beta tetrahydropyranol, we dont want you buying up all our damn PH!

Swoll is right, I would use: [3,2-c]pyrazole-5alpha-etioallocholane-17beta tetrahydropyranol. It's a Prostanozol, similar to Winstrol but, not methylated and would be a lot better than M1-D. However, as Mr.BD says, you may have to double dose.
