Verdict on EST methyl bol?

I own this product however I have not used it yet. It should be a little better than M-1P which I have used a couple times and like for stacking. The EST product is the diol vs the LG product is dione. I have also run M-1P solo and found it was quite good for strength.

I just started Halo, PP, Zol cycle but the M bol will be in my next stack.
