I periodically workout but have never been serious until now. I am shopping LG products for my first true cycle. For a beginner I was thinking of doing one cycle of M1D. What all do I need from this site to complete my cycle including PCT. I am new and would appreciate any and all insights. Thank you

Im taking a cycle of methyl masterdrol and m1d. I have heard mixed feedback on m1d. In my opinion I would not use m1d as stand alone product. I would stack it with something else. Its not actually methylated so you can use a methylated product with it. But definately not a product to use alone. Well thats my 2 cents. BTW how old are you? And what are your goals for this cycle?

The jury is still out on M1D so I would recommend going with something else instead like Phera Plex or one of it's knock off's.I don't know alot about 1D but if you decide to go with PP or Masterdrol instead you'll need Red Yeast Rice,CoQ10,Milk thistle and either Rebound XT or Novadex XT.Masterdrol is a very strong aas/ph so it's not always the best choice for a first cycle.1D's protectants and pct should be the same as the others (I listed above).

M1-D seems to be a replacement for M1-P as a stack. IMPO I don't think M1-D is strong enough as a stand alone, nor do I think it'll make a good stack with MD.
You can use MD as a stand alone if you have access to the supplement. I've used it in a four week cycle (20/30/30/30) with great results and plan to use it again sometime in the future but, will this time I'll stack it with M1-P. Of course if you use MD, make sure you have an adequate PCT.

I just turn 34, I'm not in great shape but I'm at the ideal weight of 195lbs. My biggest thing is that I want to get into shape and Turn what I do have into lean muscle. I don't necessarily want to gain too much more weight. Am I making sense to anyone? I'm not too keen on the the abbrevs, so try to go easy on me. Oh I'm also 6 feet tall.

Hey Weytogd;
IMPO (In My Personal Opinion) I would set up some routines first, EAT, workout, EAT, workout, until you pack on some muscle. IMPO I don't think you'd want to get into PH's right off the bat. You'll probably do well just by having a good planned workout routine, eating well balanced meals, workout intensly and maybe take some good supplements, like a good Whey protein, BCAA's, Creatine, Multi-Vitamins and maybe an NO product for starters.
Seems like at this time you can establish your goals without the use of PH's. Once you've established your goals, and if you may want to go futher, then make a determination on whether or not PH's are the way to go.

If your new to the game noone can argue that advice.Allow your body plenty time to adapt to the changes brought on by the change in diet and excercise alone.When the gains cease,then perhaps your ready for ph's.
