It will depend on what you are looking for are how old you are. After personally experiencing superdrol I would say it works quite well but is extremly potent and has some rough side effects. The quality of your results will mostly depend on how you eat and take car eof your body when your working out. If you eat lots of protien, get good sleep, and have intense workouts, Superdrol or Phera Plex will probably give you the best gains. Anything that gives you gains simialr will have some etrogen side effects present. I didn't personally experience any, but I was very careful and used other products as well. Research and find out what you think will be best for you... good luck...

I used Superdol for a cycle, and while I liked it, my liver didn't. I went to the doctor for a pre and post blood screen and liver value check. After my cycle, my liver values were about 3x above normal. That's not to say that this will happen with all people, but it's something to be aware of.

Consider your health carefully before automatically jumping on the hormone/steroid wagon. Plenty of natural and safe alternatives exist. While steroids are generally "safe" when used by advanced athletes, they can be very dangerous if every aspect of your lifestyle isn't optimal. I'm not making a judgement about your lifestyle or your knowledge level, but I am saying that steroid hormones are not a quick fix - and while they are technically "dietary supplements" they are, in fact, drugs.

I advocate the de-criminalization of anabolic steroids for use in sport, but that speaks only to the idea that we should all have freedom of choice - not that we should exercise that choice, or that exercising that choice would be right for all people in all cases.

Do your homework, and if you can avoid prohoromone and steroid supplementation, then my advice is to do so. In my view, and as a guy who has to work his ass off for slight gains - despite doing everything as perfectly as possible - I can tell you that steroids work well if you have great genetics, and they dont do jack if your genetics are poor. You get good - but not professional-like - results if your genetics are average. I've also used testosterone for a time when playing football and powerlifting, and while it worked really well, I still don't look like a pro (go figure!).

Anyways, I'll step off the soapbox. Just be safe, and take a look at the other options out there. Any of the other guys here, feel free to comment.

Did you use a liver aid / protectant / cleaner during the cycle? Perfect cycle, NAC, ALA, Milk Thistle?

Elevations in "liver" enzymes do NOT always indicate malfunction!

Transient elevations are seen in many things.

Normal values run to as high as 30's and 40's...in something as mundane as heavy lifting, you can see LFT's (which ARE NOT SPECIFIC TO THE LIVER) be elevated. Try running a CPK or CK- MM or MB fraction. If it too is concurrently elevated, chances are the prohormones may not be as bad as you think.

Ran LFT's including a gamma GTP, also a total CPK. The LFT's were normal, and I have been challenging my liver with wine and some liquor due to the holidays. My CPK was in the 300's probably due to the workouts. BUN minimally elevated at 21, but my Creatinine was normal at 1.0. These were done at the end of the 5th week of a 6 week cycle. I followed the recommendation here of 2 caps/day for 2 weeks, 3 caps/day for 2 weeks, and 4 caps/day for 2 weeks.
