Is halodrol now illegal?

Been planning/researching for my ph cycle for a while, and had hoped to grab up a cycle of halo when the time comes, however, i've heard rumors that it might be illegal now?

I have found a site that still has it in stock, but simply want to know if it is ok to buy halo w/out worryin about legal issues.

Just finished cycle of Halo and now in PCT, didn't get the results the hype talked about, any real (small) results were in week 3 and 4 when I started the Novedex into the mix. lost about 3-5 lbs in water at end of week 5.
