Im looking for some adivce on a beginner cycle. I have researched the topic for quite some time now, roughly 3 months, and am now seriously considering starting a cycle. I have been using this site for the past 2 months and havent even felt the need register to post due to all the information that I came across. I have read many articles online that cover all aspects of the use, side effects, injection sites, common mistakes, etc. However I am the type of person that has to have someone experienced guide aid me in my decisions. This is mainly because, while researching, I found so many conflicting instances on what, when, how long, etc. your first cycle should be. This is why I would like some input from people that have actually used these substances and can give me the pros and cons that they experienced. Ill give you a little backround on myself and my regime, and if you want to help me out that would be great, if not I appreciate your time in reading this.
I have been lifting since high school, around 16. However I have been seriously lifting for the past 2.5yrs, now 23. My dad is my trainer and he has been lifting for over 25+yrs. He is 48 and is in excellent shape for his age. We lift 5 days a week and I lift on saturday. So I get in 6 days a week at the gym, roughly 2.5-3hrs a day without cardio. I usually run, bike, walk 3 days a week for 30min or so. I just started to monitor my gains last year. I weighed 132lbs and now I currently weight 156. I have come along way in terms of size and strength. I have tried many supplements since I began lifting, I couldnt even touch on how many differnt things I have tried. I found out that altering my diet has yielded the best results.
Current Stats
Height: 5'6"
Weight: 156lbs
BF: less that 12%
Goals: To gain and keep 8-10lbs of muscle, have a more hardend appearence
I have decided to take Test E, dianabol(maybe), clomid, tribulus, milk thistle etc.
This is where my questions begin.Length: How long should my first cycle be?
I have read anywhere from 6weeks to 12weeks for a first cycle and for each time frame they had differnt reasoning. 6week cycle was so that your body wouldnt be overloaded etc and the 12week cycle so that your body could get use to the substances. So I am lost on as to how long my first cycle should be.
I decided on taking Test E. Not to potent yet still yields good results, based on what I have read. I have come across people using Dianabol for the first few weeks of the cycle to help out with the gains. So my question here is should I stack the 2 for a beginner cycle or should I just stick with the Test E?
For PCT I have read that clomid and tribulus work very well. 50mg clomid daily and 500mg tribulus twice a day for 3 weeks. I would continue to take milk thistle during this period.
Dosages are also another area that I have found a little trouble in deciding. If taking Test E alone I have read that you should start out with 200mg for the first 4 weeks and then increase to 400mg for the remainder of the cycle. When taken with D-bol, the Dbol dosage should be 200mg per day for 4 weeks. Again this is just what I came up with from my readings.
Here is a cycle that I developed from what I read:
12 week cycle
Test E 200mg/ Dianabol 200mg daily - Both for the first 4 weeks
Test E 400mg - for the remainding 8 weeks
Week 14: Clomid 50mg/ Tribulus 500mgX2 - Daily for 3 weeks
I am still learing everyday, but that is what I came up with based on what I have researched these past few months. Again, I am looking for help on a nice beginner cycle. Anyone experienced with these substances or has any input please share. Thanks for reading this long post and any help is greatly appreciated.
