Wondering if anyone has my problem...always on the go, but want to eat right. I find myself at Subway quite often(2x/3x a day) for the oven roasted chicken breast on wheat (everyday) except my cheat day. I get Pleanty of protein shakes.
Anyone got any on the go good choices????

you could get a side salad and a chicken sandwich-no mayo, get rid of the bun, cut it up and put it on the salad. i dont do that, but its an idea

BIG they also sell cottage cheese in little containers (like yogurt) now. Alot more expensive but for someone on the go they would be a good buy. of course you can always just throw some in tupperware.

Great ideas by everyone.
Conspicuous by their absence:
(1) Jerky
(2) String Cheeses (non-fat, milk fat is very hard to digest)
(3) Nuts
(4) In addition to tuna - other canned meats are becomming popular for body composition - Hormel makes a ton...just question the likelihood of a positive out of a smoked meat - but no more than the sodium filled subway variety, etc...)
If you are going out to eat....settle for Low-Carb -- it is just plain easier at this time.
