Make sure that you are eating 6-7 good quality meals and not just 3 meals. Also calorie intake looks good you could up protien and lower carbs when i lower my carbs my weight goes down but dont go to far or you will loose energy

You might try Designer supplements glucophase XR, following their weight loss instructions, and PS Serine to fight cortisol post workout, not to mention Syntrax gugglbolic (gugulsterones) at night as well as Garcina Cambogia type products like Hydroxycut. Also tyrosine and liquid carnosine pre workout will help.

And let us know how it works. You are slim already from your stats but the problem with that last bit of it is that it is a different kind of fat. Yellow, and resistant to insulin, which is why glucophase mght help.

Since you are only 17 i would say do MORE cardio. At that age you can still take it.

And while you are at it vary your cardio wokouts, don't let your body adapt to one thing and add an extra day while you are at it. Hit the lap pool and do some wind sprint style swims to spike your heart rate. Than hit the gym right after and sit opn the exersize bike for an hour at as high a level as you can take. Next say run or bicycle, (stationary bike use a totally differnet muscle group than a road bike) and try 50 miles through hills. My personal favorite: Get some boxer hand wraps AND gloves and find some place with a big punching bag, get real MAD and hit the stuffing out of it. Bag workouts can be the most aerobically gruelling workout there is if you go long and hard enough.

Please let us know how it goes and when you drop that last bit of fat. :D

yea ill take a look into the supplements that you recommend, i just started taking San Tight last week i think its a upgrade from gugglbolic and they both have gugulsterones so i think thats should help me a bit but also what u said about my body getting adapted to the same old cardio every day is what i think happen to me,i live in the middle of nowhere so theres no gym close by and all can do is run around the block but i do happen to have a punching bag that i just need to hang up :D and i can aways ride my bike for more variety,i appreciate both your replys and im sure ill be able to brake this damn plateau now that you guys filled me in with your tips thanks.

Don't forget to get handwraps and gloves or your knuckles will get cut up and you will have to stop.
