View Full Version : Sugar -- How bad?

Hello,
Quick question--- Sugar, is it really that bad to consume (proportionally speaking)? I'm a huge tea drinker...I have, in the past, always added 1 cup sugar per 2 quarts tea. So, approximately 1/2 cup of sugar (from tea alone) per day for me. I really like the taste. So, the question, should I drop the sugar? Are the benefits of dropping the sugar significant?
Thanks.
