It is off the hook,
Alot of nice people, hot chicks to look at and the ability to score upcoming and new supps at a great discount. I still have stuff from last year that I have not been able to use because I got so much stuff.

Would love to meet some of you guys - unfortunately I am on call at the hospital.
Just make certain there is some X Factor for me max.
Nah...just kidding - but hey do give a report on the events upon your return for those of us envious at home entitled to work on patients instead. Certainly all patients should've scheduled the weekend off too, ya know? Such is life...

If I were in Western NY currently it would be more ideal a trip, from Baltimore and current workloads with new patients not so much.
Unfortunately, I work in a hospital max - not an outpatient setting...I can therefore not simply tell the ER not to admit someone. :?

154/70KG, thank you, the Arnold is only right handed. The event you probably saw was the Unified Nationals on ESPN, and most likely was the one with Ron Bath, in the 220's/100KG class, I was at that event and in some of the in between shots in the show you saw you can see me pulling. They started out by editing the tape down to half hour shows by weight class with the big boys, so it will most likely lose steam before they get to us little guys. We did a show last year from Vegas for Fox Sports and we are doing another for Fox in April from Vegas, it is going to be a huge event, with pullers from all over the globe.

i went to the arnold today and it was great. the only disappointing thing is i waited in line forever to get free muscletech stuff, but when i finally got to the front they ran out. i mean i was the next person in line, the guy in front of me got stuff, but i got shafted. what a bummer.
da-nice booth. chris-did you go? didnt see you there, but i talked to the tall guy and the girl at your booth (sorry, i cant remember their names) they were both really nice, and hooked me up with a free t shirt. thanks a lot
i would say overall the products werent much cheaper-if they were cheaper at all-than da, so the guys that didnt go, dont feel left out. the only deals i say i got was the dermasize for 20, lean dessert protein for 15, and some carnosine for 5 bucks. i might have missed some stuff, but i tried to search. there were, however, numerous samples of protein bars and protein cookies. protein cookies seem to be the thing this year, everybody has them. i also got to try like 8 of the 23 flavors of musclemilk, and a bunch of other protein.
the strong man contest was cool, i got to see marius pudgenowski, bill kazmeyer, sven carlson, and a bunch of other guys.
i talked to ergo people for a little while, there new products look good, 1-NO and AMP. i got a sample of AMP, we'll see how that is :?:
there were a lot of little companies i never heard of trying to sell there "awesome" protein or fat burner or what ever they had, but i wasnt too impressed by any of it
shannon sharpe was there signing autographs at the eas booth which was pretty cool
i would say all in all it was a lot of fun and i got sooooo many samples of stuff it will be fun to try it all out. not to mention the fact i was stuffed after eating 40 different protein bars, cookies, and shakes
p.s. some company is selling frozen 7" pizzas that have 0 fat, 20 grams of protein and 210-220 calories per personal pizza. i didnt try it, but it looked pretty good.
max, i wish i would have been home sooner than this morning, i could have met up with you, i hope you enjoyed your time as much as i did. maybe next year

Hey guys. New to the site. Just wanted to say thanks for the Arnold Classic information. I was hoping to make the drive from Indy today but some items came up. Anyone know if you have to pay tax if you buy items there?
Hope everyone that went had a great time!

You are right there was so many new companies there its so hard to keep track of what legit and what is not. I did meet chris form da met Steve from sns Rodney from Nutrobolics Warren from legal gear and a bunch of lifters was pretty cool.
One of the highlight was i was staying at the convention center hotel and on my way back sat night i ran into jay cutler in the lobby i got a photo with him and briefly talked to him he was a very cool guy no ego or anything like that . I was a blast

Any big supplement surprises you saw max? i.e. - outside of Amped and 1-NO perhaps? I guess I am asking if Ergo is the only new co. that had new supps to offer - that would be unusual.
Reports sound good though. Wish I could've gone.

those two are really all i saw. like i said before everyone is coming out with protein cookies. tri o plex came out with a new flavored bar-very berry. the pudding-not very new. metrx has amped-i dont know how new that is. the pizza, the coffee, some kind of juice that is suppose to help joints. thats about it

I would have to agree with Italion nothing that really took the show by storm The new Gaspari product was really popular they were right next to us and were very busy. But protien seemed to be the new thing different ways to sell it. The cookies were big seller as was stalions pudding. Other than that same things pretty much that is out there. i did try NO-xplode and did not like the taste of that at all did give good buzz tho. I would also have to say drinks caffine ones were really popular to seemed like every one had one of them. Overall pretty cool tho
to be honest i really didnt spend much time at the ergo booth it was at the other end
