Im 16 and I am in Football and I would like to know the best way to make strong gains in my strength. I have a decent diet (hard to have a good diet at school), Drink lots of water and take xyence Nox-CG3 and 2 protein shakes a day plus a daily vitamin. I can Squat 405 and bench 260...is this a good place to be for my age and the sports I play...I am offensive guard and a tackle on D.
