Police Academy

After many disappointing “almost” getting hired w/ several departments I have taken matters into my own hands and have put in place going into a self sponsored police academy. I am wondering from any guys out there who have done high endurance training “calisthenics”, excessive running 3-5 miles every other day and endless pushups, what supps would be good for 1) focus in the classroom, 2) endurance during PT and 3) recovery for stress. I welcome any suggestions critique and assistance. I am scheduled to start in August and will be attending an extended format which consists of 1000 training hours Tues, Thurs nights from 6:30-11 Pm and all day Saturday w/ some Friday night and Sundays.

Mutha Trucker,yeah I used that line in interviews "why do you want to be a Cop"? Oh that's easy ,I love the show cops and you get to carry a gun................ and there was silence............and then I was dismissed!

hey dizzle, good luck with the academy. i have a friend who is currently doing the alternate route(self sponser). i actually got hired with a department at the shore for this summer. ill be a SPOC 1 this summer, then from december through march they're gona put me through the winter academy for SPOC 2. im taking the Civil Servise test sometime this june(i think), and depending on the results they may pick me up full time. i start the academy may 22.

as far as supps go, focus xt should do you good.

Ya,you would get hired alright. It's amazing how some of these guys actually do get hired. Don't forget to mention that you steal from the basket at church and touch little kids where their bathing suit covers!
