That is correct. It is by far one of my favorite products. It is great for strength, water loss, muscle hardness, and vascularity..

when is the best time to take this product i been looking for something to try from you and i am interested in the hardness part of the product but as always the meth part worries me for some reason

I would take 4-6 tabs 45 mins before workout. It will give you the strength, muscle hardness, water depletion, intensity, and vascularity you want..
