I am curious to see what an average of everyone's P:C:F ratios are.

Likely a good idea to include changing tallies for "cutting" or "mass" cycles if this is a practice you parttake in.

When bulking, 35P - 40C - 25F
When cutting, 45P-35C-20F
When maintaining 40P-40C-20F

Do you find yourself ever straying from those values Wedg. For instance with your upcoming cut...ever see yourself taking the carbs to say 30?

I have done 45p - 30c - 25f before, but as long as I'm using "good" carbs (wheat, oats) I'm usually fine with a semi-high amount of carbs.
Obviously day-to-day you see a shift and maybe I dont get the usual number of carbs or protein or fat

i tend to keep my fat a little higher and carbs lower. I seem to put on more fat when taking in alot of carbs and not when i eat higher dose of fat. I dont know why that is but ive noticed that over time for me

Agree with you entirely max. I don't do the no-carb ordeal - there are certain carbs I will put into my tally first.
I start with veggies (least caloric) and make sure I get about 5-10 servings (upper end is NOT an exaggeration) per day!
Next, all the carbs in Lo-Carb powders are taken into account.
Then, there is the "cyclic" PWO drink (will explain this in another thread reagarding Pre-, Peri-, Post- Workout nutrition Part II)
Then, if I continue to add - I consider food carbs (cottage cheese, nuts, etc... all contain a certain amount).
If still more, you start seeing me add grains (all pre-noon ... most first meal for purposful insulin spike)!!!

I am back there periodically sun tzu but as stallion stated I am in Baltimore right now and actually work out in a human performance lab outside of the hospital due to the low traffic. While in Rochester though, I work out at Gold's on Scottsville Rd. or alternate between other clubs (again, choice based on low traffic of particular gym). Where do you usually train?
Hmmmm...you have given me an idea to "prove" the worth of my company back on the home front as you could actually see first hand what kind of "shady" establishment I run. :? Look for an email soon - I have to kick this idea around first.
