Im cutting right now and lost about 14 pounds, I think Im about 16% BF.

I want to know if you think I can gain a little muscle using steroids but on a negative calorie balance. im eating about 2000 calories a day(200g protein,190g carbs), if I'll cycle steroids eating like that can I gain some mucle while losing fat at the same time?

it dont matter what im gonna take, im looking for the answer to the quastion "can I gain muscle while losing fat at the same time? (also taking ephedrine during the steroid cycle)

I had a similar situation last summer. I took stanozol{sp} (winstrol) while on a reduce calorie diet. It seemed to work for me. People said I looked bigger and I lost weight. So to answer your question, i did and it worked for me.

Winstrol and EQ are both very commonly used during cutting cycles. The Winstrol, in my opinion is the best one for the job.

First off you have too much bodyfat for juice. Get your diet on point and your training because you can take anything you want and if your diet sucks you'll get no results. Second, everyone one says put on muscle and lose fat at the same time, doesn't happen. However your bodyfat changes as you gain muscle and not fat, correct? if fat stays the same and you increase your muscle your muscle to fat ratio shifts so that BF goes down.

i get the idea that you do not know too much about juice bc you asked a lot of broad, non specific questions.

Save juice til you need it, if you take it before you max out your genetics, you will probnablyt rebound and it will be temporary. if you lift and eat at maintenance, your body will have to use extra energy to preserve muscle, so it will kill the fat % give it a try, get in shape and whatebver your goal, then look at juice later
