Right now i weigh 198lbs (lost weight after injury) my last bench max was 300lbs..

Mine is 300.I think that I will have 315 by the end of the summer.Long term goals:bench:400(raw),squat 500, and deadlift 600.All of these with no equipment other than a belt.Oh yeah and maybe some knee wraps but no squat suit or bench shirt.

I want to be doing 205 for 4-6 reps by end of may, right now i'm at 190x4.

my goal is to bench atleast 320 be4 football comes around again..
squat and dead lift will be VERY VERY weak due to the leg injury i have right now...

I'm about to get some x-factor and cvm extreme and do a 50 day run... Think that would bring my bench up 15 ?

my max was around 365lbs before I tore my pec (315lbs X4). Now Probably around 330 (295lbs X4)?

I've never maxed out, and dont really train for strength, nor do i BB bench press, so i am waaayyyy out of this conversation

I'm about to get some x-factor and cvm extreme and do a 50 day run... Think that would bring my bench up 15 ?
if you bust your ass and have your diet in order, i can see you getting more than 15. i ran the same stack a while back and had awsome gains in strength.
my max bench was 255 and i was repping 225 x6 and 235 x4, but my strength is down as of late due to getting sick, cutting, and a few other factors. im repping 205 for 6 and can probly still push up 240.

Me 2 Stallion. However, I think I may try and Max out BB bench tomorrow and see what happens.

from start to finished i added about 15lbs to my sets. and about 30 to my max. as far as lean mass goes i added 6lbs lbm. you should be very pleased with your cycle.

The X-Factor & CVM Xtreme stack is in my opnion the best non-hormonal stack out of market..Its jsut absolutely amazing when its all said and done..

me too i could use an extra 30 pounds to my bench max! i cant wait to see how my cycle will go . I just hope it works for me cause if so ill be on it every other 50 days!
