Funny gym moments: I thought I would start a thread on how there are just those days that weird or bad things happen on the way /at or leaving the gym. The other day (and I have done this more than once) I was heading to the gym after work get inside and start changing when I noticed that I forgot my gym shoes. Now wearing workout clothes w/ dress shoes just does not cut it. Other times I have forgotten a shirt or the shorts, but damn this ruins a workout, just takes all the steam out of the sail. ON a good not there is this girl who like to wear these skimpy shorts w/ no underwear that always makes those days better once I go home get my needed equipment and go about my workout.

not a good moment...one were I wanted to beat the living crap out of this guy
so i had my towel hanging over the shoulder press bench and I went to go and grab a heavy set of dumbbells only to return and see some old bald fart sitting on the bench with his sweaty back all over my towel doing seated curls with 15's...wtf...I was so pissed, it took all I could not to smack this guy upside his head, but he did get an earful about how frickin' rude and discusting he was. also got my hat thrown at his feet mid set...why are people so rude at the gym???

My favorite are the guys who go in w/ all the Max muscle clothes on, load the bars up w/ way to much weight and lower about an inch for squats, bench or whatever it is they are lifting. I also enjoy the one guy who really thinks he's hardcore i.e. yells, throws his weights around and take a ten minute break while he talks very loud to other people about how to lift.

I finished my cycle of M-1-Tbut it was still kicking in my system henc the story: I went to the gym last Thursday for my chest workout and I was going to switch from lifting big weight to high reps for the next month. I put on 135 and I thought i was going to throw it through the roof , so I figured i would put on 225 and see hoe many i could get and then drop the weight to get my 4 sets of 25. Well in the past the most i did 225 was 13 times. When I hit 13 reps I still felt strong and continued,13,14, 15,and i went wow I'm going for 16............on 16 I went all the way down but was unable to get it back up (the bar not my pecker ,lol), I was so amped i rolled it off my chest bruised my stomach stripped the bar to 135 and did 15 more. I was that guy who got stuck but i think I played it off. Also anyone get bad sweats from taking any PH's?
