Inside of elbows like muscle or joint?

Minimal to no DOMS the next day results from:

1) Proper warm up and cool down (stretching)
2) BCAA and/or EAA supplementation
3) Proper Nutrient Timing

I believe its the muslce cause I got a part-time job at UPS stacking trailers for 4 hrs lifting a couple thousand boxes a day, but it might be the joint its really sore on the inside on the bone so it might be the joint.

If its the muscle, the above should help. For bones and joints, though I really havent looked into it that much, glucosamine, chondritin (spelling might be off) I have read helped very much. Check your PM's as well in a minute :)
