This is going to be kind of long, but i need some help. I just went and bought some superdrol and am basically just trying to get huge. I just need some advice as to what kinda work out i should be doing. The only days i have to lift are friday, saturday, and sunday. Its virtually impossible for me to controll what i eat because where in the field so much and we just get MRE's. I have no time during the week at all to lift because of training and field ops. Some weeks i might not even get to lift at all because will be in the field, so i just try to deal with what i got. I need a good quick work out with heavy weight that i can do to help me grow. I know i need to be eating more and rest and all that extra stuff but like i said i gotat deal with what i have right now. On top of all this im boxing and do our regular pt sessions. Thanks.....

Dude there is no way you are ready for superdrol.SD has lots of side effects.Mainly lethargy.I wouldn't want to have to deal with that in the field.Plus SD will leave you dehydrated alot of the time.I know you already driink tons of water but it would have to double on SD.You have to eat tons of food while on and I just don't think you can do that in your situation.Do you have an MOS that requires you to be in the field or are you on a deployment? As far as your workouts go just train one major bodypart per week since you only have three days to train.I'm kind of in the same boat as far as only being able to train three days a week.Just hold off on the SD right now until you are able to devote more time to training and nutriton.

I probably would hold off on the SD.You should still be able to train. You might check in to getting some blast straps for doing suspended pushups and you can do a shitload of other excercises with the straps.Just google them and you will find.
