Anyone planning on doing a Strongman Comp??

Do two strongman comp's year...next one is outdoor-cold weather real he-man strongman comp called VIKING Games...I compete inthe Scottish Highland Games and my season ends in Oct and doesn't kick back in till april/may so I usually do two in the fall/winter....only found this site two days ago when I was looking for Ax discounted supp's////am using PP for my next contest on Nov 19th in New Hampshire and hopefully Stim X(waiting on my samples that I ordered)....loads of fun and worthwhile...any questions I;m not an expert but just holler...dWood

I'm a little intersted in what goes into a strongman comp. lifting sched. I refer to this type of strength as "dad strength", you know how dads look out of shape but they can heave two huge bags of cemet like no other , and unscrew the tightest nut on a washer, dad strength
