I just wanted to see what everyone likes as their favorite diet meal. My favorite meal is tuna and rice with a touch of soy sauce..

i would have to say grilled chicken over a little wheat pasta with walden farms scampi or alfredo sauce

this sauce is absolutely amazing, it tastes good and has 0, thats right 0 calories, 0 fat, 0 carbs. i dont know how they do it but its good stuff

Yeah I thought that may stimulate some interest!

It was this stuff I bought at this gourmet shop called Harry + David's. Dunno...just ended up tasting really good. I am sure any vegetable would do though.

But cool, stream of conscious response.

Stallion,

lol...I am not sure the stuff I would choose is stuff like you mention...

but provided you can sieve through all the "goodies," there are a couple of healthy surprises there. Needless to say, I come out of there kicking myself for going in the first place b/c of all the tempting samples they offer.

I suppose it comes down to freakin' will power. I make sure I go in with intention to get something on most occasion and get out...Unfortunately, it was Christmas and I found myself in there a little longer than usual.
