I know, I know - what the hell is this?

well...simply put, more recently I was told that the "smallest word in my vocabulary was likely 10-letters long." There have been times I have "lightened up" according to various board members, but still generally I am apparently "stuffy" or its equivalent.

Today at the gym, I discussed with Semper Fidelis and his training partner the fact that I was so white, I am in fact CLEAR! Ok, so I have recently grabbed a tan - but consider me a tanned version of Powder!


So, this is ultimately a thread I have no idea why I am creating, but JSwoll has said in the past that he could teach me the ways, I believe...ok all, I will take anyone up on advice! ;)

But, yes, back to Dana. When we were talking on the phone, this girl kept calling him, and I heard some kind of "baby" talk in the background, sort of to the effect of "ohhh... I miss you soooo much honey"

What I'm curious about is what do people think I look like? I mean, if you had to venture a guess based on my posts and that alone.

Do I wear glasses? Do I wear a shirt and tie all the time, pants hiked up to my nipples? Am I built like a brick shit-house or minimally cut? Are my ears pierced - or better yet, perhaps a nipple? How bout a tattoo? Do I really practice what I preach or just a lard of mass that likes to write on a bb message board?

Again, impressions from solely my words may be interesting.

Yesterday at the gym, D_ met someone who wanted to see what I could lift. A few days ago he approached me and was curious, so I told him the next time I came in for chest, I would opt to do whatever it was he did. It is very easy to get stuck in our ways of training sommetime, so I wanted to step outside the box. besides, he is more of a strength guy (a powerlifter physique), I am more into aesthetics ("I want to look good naked!" PERIOD).

I prescribed to his preachings for a day...alas, I will not be able to keep up his antics for long, but for a day it had me feeling on top of the world because I did hold my own.

Yesterday, despite my normal split...it was a day when I would put chest first and have to forego much of the remainder of my lifts after a round with the bench. Why? You'll see:

The workout:

Flat Bench
Set 1: 225 lbs. x 12
Set 2: 245 lbs. x 10
Set 3: Strip: 450 lbs. x 3, 405 lbs. x 5, 315 lbs. x 6, 225 lbs. x 4, 135 lbs. x 6, 45 lbs. (bar only) x 48 (failure)

Pec Deck (NOT something I normally do!)
200 lbs. Alternating Pronated + Semi-Supinated Grips at 10 a piece x 40 reps

One-Arm Triceps Pulldown w/ pronation movement (NOT something I normally do!)
3 sets (full rack of weight) each arm

Lat raises (dumbbell)
Strip: 100 lbs. each arm x 15, 80 lbs. each arm x 10, 65 lbs. ea arm x 6, 45 lbs. ea arm x 4 (and drop)

[wait for 45 minutes]

Push Ups
Alternating floor hand position
Rep Outs (did over 60 reps)

Barbell Curls
- will hold on what I did here, b/c this was still done dinoiii style - soon you shall see.


I feel if I continued this workout, I may be strong, but my aesthetics would definitely suffer. The catabolic effects of such a workout would be enornous - something like Reduce or whatever may be more ideal today! ;) for those following all threads [ see Fat burner in PCT? thread].

Still pumped today, but will likely have to bow out of subsciption to too many of these kind of workouts, but he had my word. This was the crazy prescription though and I got through it will significant weights as well.

Perhaps this contributes to people's view of what I look like. I wanted to post this before any pics, et al.

Holy Sh$t Dinoiii, I figured you would be very strong but not that strong at 220lbs and 6% BF. I'd love to see what you could do at 245lbs and 10% BF, the the WABDL Open men Bench press record in Minnesota is only 512.5 and WABDL lifters use lifting gear! Now I am really inspired to cut finish this cut down to 8-9% bodyfat (which I may be requesting your assistance with), beat all of my old personal bests and set new ones this fall in my quest to beat the record above lifting RAW.

About the weights, I didn't even think I could lift it. It's all about Dumbo and the magic feather though...if I had a spotter who weighed in at less than 300 lbs, I likely wouldn't have even attempted it. I am simply saying he was a big guy - I am just afraid I would be getting stronger without aesthetics if I submitted to his training theories all the time. For that you can ask SF - which I am not sure why he hasn't chimed in after saying he'd post a picture, although I have no idea what he is talking about so I feel he was simply setting me up for another spoof!

Believe it or not, I do have a couple of ideas, unfortunately one of which would take a few YEARS to just get through the animal studies alone and MAY see the light of day in my life time. But non-innovative stuff, if I didn't have a d@mn phone ringing in my ear, contracts to sign, a fax constantly getting paper jammed, emails to respond to (business), and an office in TX's paperwork to straighten out, a computer system crashing, trucks breaking down, employee's b!tching, a cell phone ringing as soon as I shut the door...(and I''m sure Dino ask himself, "where does this guy's brain go some days" cause some days I'm full of answers and some...I don't know my name) but if I had time (to think!!!) YES, I do have a few suppz I'd like to work with and study and research my theories...Swoll=lots of theories, some science behind them, NO freak'n time to make use of them...the constant battle to have a paycheck in pocket! Now I leave work, oops there goes the cell:(

OWN, no; RUN, yes. It's an investment group with many varying interests, I primarily run a trucking (long haul, 48 states) co. during the day, then there's real estate side that'll take my weekends, a motor cross park with races every now and then, limo rentals, hot air balloon rides(a Swoll idea:)), stock protfolio's, used car lots, we actually pondered buying two GNC frans., VARYING INTEREST see? And why is my brain fried? Then after I manage the businesses--AND I DO RUN THEM, my business card reads CEO--it just doesn't mention I get paid like a drive through employee and worked like a mule! And then my free time is occupied by lifting, women, and my studies (personal not college). I hope that answers the question. And maybe you can see why it's so appealling the thought of running a business with a single focus...and maybe some money too; Swoll surely has the business sense to make anything run and profit. Swoll's just tired of working hard and being broke, there's a tuffman comp. here in town the prize is $500 I might just enter and run over some guys to get it, but I hate making a spectacle of myself;)

What's up Trump. Why don't you move out to Cali and get into the broker bizz like everyone else. My buddy own his owns a loan company and makes a little over 300K a year. It sucks to work and work for nothing. Try being a civilk servant it's lot of work w/ little pay, good retirement though. Stay up sounds like your in the right direction for one of those to catch on.
