Thats what I always do before joining boards. I think it helps get a feel for the members.

Thanks for the welcomes in to the brotherhood. It seems like there is a lot of fighting going on and some people who think they know it all. i guess w/ all things in life I weed out the bull.

I would probably quantify myself as certified "know it all" if those are my only two choices btw. ;) I do like to fight, but there is something to be said about the science - there is always something to be said about the science!

Nonetheless, welcome. What is your background B_case (yrs. lifting, et al.)?

Now, does everybody have on there ceremonial yak's skin thongs and haz-mat radiation suits? Ok now we can proceed. Repeat after me: "I, being of sound mind and body here by bequith all of my worldly possessions to Jswoll, and vow to do the absolute best I can to please him in all endeavors; I will listen to him and give him money and addoration and nachos." Now the squirrels will rub your feet!

25 . having been lifting since I was 15. I have a bottle of (pix) and wondering how to stack it. I'm 6'0" 228, pretty lean, but could lose a few, can't we all. I've been looking at a lot of the PCT , but I'm wondering doses for the pills, can I take more than what the bottle says due to my weight?

A 10-year veteran...GOOD! I am assuming what you mean is you have kind of the "skinny-fat" physique...lean, but abdominals, etc...are in need of some aid? That being said, the diet and workout regime that you follow would likely be more beneficial than the PH you picture.



Some of the stats of products from that particular methyl era (M1T, MDien, MOHN) have escaped me. I think the product you suggest to have either 1 OR 3 mg, no?

If this is the case, I would consider [hypothetically, of course] taking up to as high as 20-30 mg (effective dose for body composition although strength increases could be seen in as little as 9-12mg) - in divided doses - my apologies if this is outside of the amount you have in your stash. Now, you could stack it with something that is out on the market now and decrease the dose you would probably see "response" from.

Personally, I liked MDien (if used in appropriate dose) a lot.

Pretty close but the top four come in a bit when i hit the cardio a little hard and restrict the carbs. Ok I checked the bottle and each pill is 3mg , so you are saying hypothetically one could take 10 pills per dose a day, isn't that a little extreme, or are you saying that 3-4 which is 9-12mg. What would be a could stack w/ this as far as current produncts. Not sure what "MDien" is.

no, I really meant, people have taken as high as 30 mg (with quoted "success," defined by good gains, few sides) of (MDien) Methyldienelone - the product you offered picture of.

as little as 9mg for strength....

further up in dosing for body composition changes.
