I've been working on a few stickies lately. Two are completed but I need to type them up (i wrote them on paper). The first is a guide to basic supplementation. The Second is a guide on training - more specifically a 10 week detailed guide with a training split, exercises, and rep schemes all listed.

Is there anything anyone would like to see when I finish those two?

One on the principles of a sound diet would be cool

That was definitely going to be next. Naturally this type of article takes more time than the other two I worked on

Thanks for the suggestion ;)

Definately think both of those will be beneficial to many.

Basic supps would be great for newbies and probably a good refresher for those vets who get lazy.

Work-out section could benefit both as well. Although, everyone will have different ideas of what works better-sound training principals are still sound training pricipals.

definitely true. Either way (especially for a beginner) proper training is proper training

My general rule is if you've got it post up; info, spread it. Jswoll's like Jonny5, always in need of input. Wedg, anything you've got so say will carry a great degree of significance, so yes, I'd like to see them put up and maybe followed by a more in depth one to coincide and tie in with both on nutr.timing and resistance training timing and recoop.

I've been working on the training sticky first, and I think everyone will be very happy with the finished product. It is thorough and complete, unlike many other training stickies I have read.

Yo wedge,

How about a sticky on the science behind building muscle.

not every detail in the world but kinda a way for some noobs (like myself) to get started..Just a generalization of the Anabolic Chain..

mabye? mabye not?

all i know is that the book i'm reading now contains this info and WOW i have been deeply engrossed in it.
