I must agree that anything more than an hour you are spending to much time talking and not enough lifting

The only thing that keeps me late is when the Dance team is in the dance room. I usually stay for a while to watch. :)

There are some gorgeous girls on that team, and they love wearing sports bra's while dancing. I must say I love it too.

Again - will post the "Endocrine 1, 2, 3" workout and you'll see why such values cannot be posted. It is kind of a conglomerate science piece that is well supported and there are over 75 people trying it currently for your "real world" likings. It is unique alright in how well thought out it is and the science rationale would entice even the unhappiest of science critics. I promise that. Again, soon...

dinoiii-are you saying the values of the time spent in the gym cant be posted?

this was more of a personal question, not me asking for how much time i should spend at the gym, so why would those values not be able to be posted? just curious to your reasoning

must say-wed you are the man, next time dont just watch 'em, jump in there and show the ladies your moves

max-agreed, anything above and hour and 15 min, i would say overtraining, if you are hitting that muscle hard and not resting 10 min between sets

haha, you need to transfer so we can be gym buddies - we'll set up lawnchairs in the opening of the dance room and drink MRP's while we watch

i figure its in the area of 30 minutes before my anabolic window opens and i slam a protein shake and bagel. It only takes 3 minutes to get to my dorm from the gym, maybe 2 minutes to make my shake and get my bagel out....thats 25mins of quality girls I can take in.

Apparently my schools dance team has been top 3 in the country the past few years...most of the girls have incredible bodies and about half of them are just all around gorgeous

with that time post that you gave if anyone ever challenges your qualification they might as well just take a hike cause you fit that all in and still had 20-25 minutes of downtime to watch the team. I dont say this often but you are a genious

No not really - it is more a hard estimate. See EACH BODYPART IS TRAINED TWICE PER WEEK and 2-3 body parts per session, NO MORE THAN 4 workouts per week.

The program is complicated to talk about without posting the whole thing...I just didn't want to get to into it is all. Many elite athletes are using it now with great results. Again, science meets the real world.

Lets put it this way, time spent on each muscle group centers around muscle size and hormonal response...I will post this as a teaser I suppose:

For one week's time:
- Quads - 60 minutes
- Hams - 60 minutes
- Chest - 40 minutes
- Back - 40 minutes
- Bis - 20 minutes
- Tris - 20 minutes

- Calves + Abs - 10 minutes or less of direct work

* I promise to post it when all info is written out and I get 100% POSITIVE RESULTS (well that is how it is ust about right now, but I will say you can use the program YEAR ROUND with MINOR MODIFICATION b/c it makes sense scientifically for cuts and mass cycles if you will - I think you will like it if you give it a trial soon).

* Sorry if my post sounded shady, I just don't like posting it without being able to put it all out on paper --- if that is weird - you know I just like the whole perfection thing....take the X Factor thread's delay for instance. I hated giving too much info prior to putting up the bigger post.

You may like the effect if you were to work with your body and the hormones secreted vs. always trying to play against it as we do so often.

Unfortunately, hormones are pulsatile and timed. I dunno - I think if you saw the results, you'd be watching the clock endlessly!!!

i suppose that is a possiblity and will maybe look into it. I just dont like to time anything just get in work hard get it done
