...the ****ing stomach flu. i came down with a stomach flu on saterday, and i didn't/couldn't eat anything untill tuesday. and all i had then was half a bowl of soup. this sucks. today was the first day i really ate anything, i still feel like shit. not to mention i lost 10lbs. i was 175, today i measured 165. and it wasn't all fat i lost, i lost a lot of muscle. you can tell the difference just by looking at me. i wore a shirt yesterday that is usually kinda tight, espically in the sleeves, and it looked big on me.....this is depressing. i worked my ass off the entire year for some virus to wipe away my results, this sucks. now i gota work twice as hard to get back to were i was before i can continue to gain....

not to mention this is killing my spring break....

I can understand your anger. This office I work in with all these girls is like a breading ground. "My son was sick..(cough cough) my daughter was sick all weekend (sneeze sneeze)...I am always getting something. I feel like I work at the CDC in infectious diseases. I am actually thinking of starting to wear a condom in here.


You know on second thought, you might have something here. I am always hearing these Bariatric Center commercials (we suck the sh*t right out of ya). Do you still got it? You could sell that, in capsule form, you know for weight loss...you could call it Flugenics. The people will love it!

I had this happen to me 2 weeks ago. I don't feel it took away ALL my results, but it was definately noticable. Getting sick while bodybuilding is awful.
